Following are some samples of information received during meditative writing. The information flows through me effortlessly - to pen and paper when I ask this question of Archangel Metatron: "Metatron, How May I Serve?" While it has been my experience that this information is uniquely helpful to myself and my husband, it seems as though it may also be helpful to a larger soul group. Our individual journey of growth and transformation is often shared and overlaps with others. It would be of interest if you let me know how and if you find this helpful, should you choose to apply the guidance in your own life. Since this has started - just this past summer, I have learned that Metatron was once the human, Enoch, of Biblical lore, and ascended to the realm of the Archangels to become the Heavenly Scribe. The Archangel realm is here to assist humankind in our personal and global evolution. They seem to offer a direct link between dimensions, that supports us in expanding our awareness of our own divinity. May this bring you greater ease and peace in your journey.
In addition to the following sample, I will begin to offer this information in the form of a quarterly newsletter, until there is enough to pull together as a book. “What guidance can you give me about moving forward in the creative flow and staying centered and grounded, with both feet beneath me?”
This has been a time of expansion and learning. Now you are entering a period of application – integrating your learnings and moving them through your various centers and giving them expression in form – the form of how you conduct yourself, live your daily life and interact with ideas and people as well as other beings, to fulfill your life’s purpose.
The feeling of overwhelm you have been experiencing stems from getting too caught up in the realm of ideas and ideals rather than the willingness to slow yourself down and take concrete steps of action on daily matters.
Clean and organize your home. Set the stage for success. Make it your mission to create a living vessel of light that uplifts and supports you. Clear out the old in your living space, just at you are preparing to clear out old thought forms within yourself.
Pick one room at a time and do an hour’s worth of clearing a day, rather than consuming a whole day or weekend. Let the angel’s eyes guide your actions to help you see what is no longer needed. Trust in the process of letting go. It will strengthen you. An hour a day is do-able. That’s 30 hours a month rather than 10 hours on a weekend.
Close more “open loops” so your energy has more cohesiveness, more force behind it. Too many unfinished projects siphon off your energy and weaken its force and ability to flow solidly in any one direction, hence the experience of scatteredness. Once you clean up those unfinished promises to yourself and let go of the out dated ones, you will feel clear and ready to proceed on the one big project and it will flow. The unfinished projects are functioning like a dam in your auric field. “Overwhelm” is your awareness that these have accumulated and have piled up around and within you.
Take on no new projects this year. Let this year 2007 be about finishing and clearing.

Be an open vessel.
Receive a daily “download” from me through your Soul Star to your Earth Star. Ask that it be assimilated in a way that allows you to manage safely and utilize for service. It will happen like the nectar pouring out of the white orchid blossoms in your dream – trickling down and through you.
Then seal your governing vessel with the intention to preserve and act on this information for the highest purpose.
(Sealing the governing vessel comes from a technique offered by Donna Eden in her book: Energy Medicine where one “zips up” by tracing the length of the meridian called the Governing Vessel which runs from the pubic bone to the bottom of the lower lip, up the center of the body.)

Be Peace.
Be peaceful Inside.
Let that emanate outward.
Breathe it in and through.
Dis-identify with the other feelings.
Practice this on the golf course, with your family, with your patients and your patience with yourself and others will grow.
Call on the Angel of Peace and the Angel of Patience and invite them to flow their energy into and through you.
Remember there is nothing wrong with the world. You can only correct the misperceptions within the self.
Align the self with the Self. Do more yoga for this.

Channel your unique individuality into your home life, relationships and work life. Allow the creativity to flow. In your cooking, cleaning, writing and gardening.
Release the notion that someone else is the expert. Trust your inner channels of knowing and experiencing. You will ultimately enjoy the fruits of your actions much more than by attempting to copy another being’s approach.
You contain within you the blue prints, tools, awareness and access to guidance you need.
Allow your desire to become focused on letting it all flow and relish the joy of that flowing. It is your nature.
When you act from “inner necessity” – then the fruits of your labor are thoroughly enjoyed – as if playing with something you love.
You will cease to experience work as something imposed upon you from forces or persons outside of you. Then it becomes your own – or actually your gift to the world --
Your authentic gift you are giving to the world.

Be the Open Vessel.
Stop limiting your Self.
You contain all the material, raw data that is Divine.
Like Hafiz says, you see yourself as if with amnesia.
Know you are divine and let this Divine Will be your guiding force. Surrender and open up. You and all others deserve no less.
Your job is to remember and reclaim this reality and act on it.
One awakened soul can touch others in ways like no one else.
Remember, awaken, act on this truth and you strengthen it for everyone.
Be the light that you are and crawl out of that tiny ant hole!

“Metatron, How may I serve?”
Live from the place of connection. We delude ourselves at times into retreat from connection as a “self-protection.” Living from this place of connected awareness implies we are responsible to care for everyone and everything – other people, government, other cultures, countries, the planet, oceans, space, Universe, etc.
Living from the experience of total and complete interconnectedness opens us up to What Is and Who WE Truly Are – One Divine Breath.
Allow the act of breathing to open you and remind you of this interconnectedness.
All is One
Be Open to That
Be Open to the Breath
Breathe the Divine
Let the act of breathing dissolve barriers – between thinking and feeling, me and you, I and Thou, Us and Them, now and then, etc.
Barriers are illusions put forth by belief in disconnection. One can hold a certain belief as truth – e.g. “I am not connected to you,” but this does not cancel the Truth. Truth cannot be annihilated, just like energy cannot be destroyed. But like energy, Truth can change form, in the shape of different beliefs.
Choose to align yourself with God’s deepest Truth:
All is One.
Connection is inherent in this Truth, whether you choose to see it, feel it, believe it or act on it. We can strengthen beliefs by acting on them as if they are so. Try this.
At various times, when part of you is convinced you are separate and disconnected from a person, thing, or the Divine, just act as if you are connected right now and see how this “acting as if” shifts your perception.
Come home to Truth.
It’s the only address in the book.
